Shipping Information & Glitter Cosmetics Return Policy Shipping Within Australia Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. To ensure that your delivery arrives safely our products are sent via Registered Mail through Australia Post and your signature will be required upon delivery. In addition if you pay by credit card, to minimise fraud, a valid identification (Drivers licence, or Photo ID) will be required to take delivery. Delivery will only be person to person. If you are not there to receive the goods, your parcel will be held at your local Australia Post branch to be collected by the intended recipient. Shipping Information Outside Australia Yes we do export internationally.Products are generally shipped from Glitter Cosmetics is not responsible for your local import tariffs, duties, fees, or taxes levied by your country or its departments. You are obliged to accept the order package and pay these fees and any collection fees charged by the carrier. These fees are not included in the order total because Glitter Cosmetics is not in any way associated with their collection. If the package is returned to us, you are still responsible for the shipping costs. If products are abandoned by customers who refuse to pay the above fees, they are generally impounded by your local customs dept or agency and there can be no refund by Glitter Cosmetics on the purchase. Transit times for overseas order shipment can vary so please contact us for details. Return Policy Glitter replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Under these circumstances, Glitter will gladly refund return delivery costs for those goods returned. Any claim for replacement due to fault or damage should be made to Glitter Cosmetics within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Glitter will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as the product is returned unused and in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and are to be returned to the store of purchase or Glitter Cosmetics at the customer's cost and risk.
